On November 22, 2012 permission was granted for the LMA:

"Hi,

I would like to put some live recordings of my former band, Del Foob, into the LMA. I read that I need permission from someone who I feel has the say-so. In this case I think I have the "say so" since I was a member of the band (which does not exist anymore).

Do I need to get more permission? We did not and do not have any deal with a record company or something.
